Homemade buffet of beef meatballs, falafel, pumpkin pieces, cauliflower, cucumber, apple, cherry tomatoes and hummus.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Divide the beef meatballs over half of a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and drizzle with the oil.
  2. Bake for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven until golden brown and done.
  3. After 5 minutes, put the falafel balls on the other half of the baking sheet and drizzle with the rest of the oil. Fry together for another 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the pumpkin pieces in 5 minutes until done. Cut the cauliflower and broccoli florets smaller.
  5. Cut the cucumbers in quarters lengthwise. Halve the apple, remove the core and cut the flesh into segments.
  6. Serve the vegetables, balls, apple and spreads with the cheese fondue (see recipe elsewhere on this website).
