Home made ketchup
Homemade ketchup of cocktail tomatoes, tomato puree, apple cider vinegar, ginger syrup and Worcestershire sauce.

Cut the tomatoes into pieces and together with the rest of the ingredients, add the celery salt and the Worcestershire sauce in a skillet.

Let 30 minutes with the lid on the pan on low heat.

Remove the lid from the pan and strain the tomatoes over a bowl. Press out all the moisture with the back of a ladle.

Scoop out the cloves and add to the tomato sauce.

Pour the sauce back into the pan and leave to reduce to ⅓ without the lid. This takes about 20 minutes. Stir frequently.

Remove the cloves from the sauce, these are no longer used.

Season with the celery salt and stir in the Worcestershire sauce.

Let the sauce cool down and pour in and clean and airtight bottle.
