Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Cut the bacon into strips, the garlic into thin slices and the onion into rings. Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the bacon for about 1 min.

Add the onion and the garlic and let everything gently fry for about 2 minutes.

Dab the peppers dry with kitchen paper and cut into strips. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.

Scoop the potato, peppers and the onion mixture through. Grease the spring form. Spoon the potato mixture in and smooth the top.

Fry the potato tortilla in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown and done. Slice the parsley.

Remove the edge of the spring form and slide the tortilla on a scale. Cut into points and sprinkle with the parsley.
