Thai bean tomato salad
A nice thai recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, red onion, red pepper, limes, fish sauce (bottle 250 ml), sugar, haricots verts ((a 150 g), stalks and tip removed), romaten ((250 g), halved) , basil ((15 g), only the leaves), coriander ((15 g) and only the leaves).

Halve the onion and cut the halves into wafer-thin slices. Put in a bowl. Cut the pepper with the seeds in rings as thin as possible and add to the onion. Halve 1 lime and squeeze the fruit. Add the juice with the fish sauce and sugar to the onion and pepper. Mix until the sugar is dissolved.
