Scalloped white asparagus with cream and blue cheese

Make sure the asparagus pieces are about the same size. Cook them until tender in about 3 minutes.

Divide the asparagus pieces over the baking dishes and then distribute the blue cheese.

Beat the egg with the cooking cream some salt and freshly ground pepper. Pour this over the asparagus bowls and put them in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Delicious with mashed potatoes and a pork tenderloin.
