Pieces of marinated salmon with olive oil, basil and pine nuts for the gourmet.

Cut the salmon fillet into cubes of 1 x 1 cm (brunoise). Also cut the leaves of the basil into pieces. Finely chop the pine nuts.

Put the salmon, pine nuts and olive oil in a bowl, add the basil and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Heat a gourmet pan without oil or butter and cook the salmon cubes in small portions for 5 minutes. Scoop occasionally.
