Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Roll the dough with baking paper and all out on a baking sheet. Fold the edges slightly upwards on all sides.
  3. Brush the dough with the crème fraiche and sprinkle with the cheese. Divide the sauerkraut over it.
  4. Mix the cheese, the caraway seed and the milk with the mashed potatoes and put in the piping bag. Cut the sausage into slices of ½ inch thick.
  5. Spray the puree in rosettes lengthwise in 3 rows on the sauerkraut. Put the slices of sausage on top of the sauerkraut in 3 layers.
  6. Bake the plate cake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.
