Mushroom potato gratin
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: mushroom melange (200 g), olive oil, potatoes (solid, peeled), garlic (pressed), whipped cream (125 ml) and olive oil with white truffle extract (bottle 250 ml).

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the mushrooms into pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms for 4 minutes on a high heat. Season with salt and pepper and spread over the oven dishes.

Cut the potatoes into wafer-thin slices and arrange them on the mushrooms. Divide the garlic in between and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the cream over it and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake in the middle of the oven in about 50 minutes until golden brown and done. Remove halfway the foil. Drip before serving the truffle oil over it.
