Mashed carrots and caraway seeds
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (slightly crumbly), carrots (peeled), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped) and caraway seed (pot of 35 g).

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Boil them in water for 25 minutes in salted water.

In the meantime cut the carrot into slanted slices of 1 cm. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the carrot seeds, garlic and caraway seed for 8 minutes.

Drain the potatoes, but collect 1 cup of cooking liquid. Add the carrot and the cooking liquid and puree with the puree mash. Season with salt and pepper. Tasty with cheese schnitzels.
