Grilled potato salad with spicy dressing


Pommes rouge potatoes with a dressing of mustard, mayonnaise, tabasco chipotle, red onion and gherkin cubes. Garnished with cress.

Directions

  1. Cut the potatoes into slices lengthwise and boil in water with salt, if necessary, for 12 minutes. Drain and let cool completely in 30 min.
  2. Meanwhile, light the barbecue. Put the mustard, mayonnaise, tabasco and 1½ tbsp water in a bowl and beat to a dressing. Chop the onion.
  3. ? Brush the potatoes thinly with the oil. Gril on the barbecue for about 4 minutes on both sides and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Divide the potatoes over a flat dish, spoon the onion and gherkin over them and sprinkle generously with the dressing. Garnish with the cress.
