Vegetable skewers with herb oil


Skewers of yellow bell pepper, zucchini, shallots with a herb oil of basil, parsley, garlic and oil.

Directions

  1. Light the barbecue.
  2. Let the wooden skewers soak for 30 minutes in a bowl with water so that they do not burn on the barbecue.
  3. Halve the bell pepper, remove the stalk and seedlings and cut the flesh into pieces of 2 cm.
  4. Halve the zucchini lengthwise and cut the halves into slices of 1.5 cm.
  5. Cut the shallots into 4 parts.
  6. Cut the parsley roughly and put in a tall cup. Remove the leaves from the basil leaves and add them.
  7. Add the garlic, oil, pepper and possibly salt and puree with the hand blender to a herb oil.
  8. Make separate skewers of the zucchini, peppers, shallots and tomatoes.
  9. Brush the vegetable skewers with half of the herb oil.
  10. Grill the shallots about 12 minutes on the barbecue, the zucchini about 10 minutes and the pepper and tomatoes about 5 minutes. Regularly.
  11. Remove the vegetables from the skewers or skewers and put in a bowl. Divide the rest of the herb oil.
