Spread the quarters iceberg lettuce with 2 tablespoons of oil. Grill on both sides of the barbecue until grill marks are visible.

Brush the feta with the rest of the oil and grill it on both sides of the barbecue until grill marks appear.

In the meantime, prepare the dressing. Heat the crème fraiche without cooking. Stir in grated lemon juice, chopped mint leaves, yogurt and salt and pepper. Make sure that the dressing is not too hot.

Place the iceberg lettuce on plates, sprinkle with the dressing and crumble the feta.
