Meatball with cheese and mustard
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, mince (half-to-half), breadcrumbs, egg (beaten), coarse Zaanse mustard, old cheese (grated) and butter.

Put the minced meat in a bowl and add 2 tbsp breadcrumbs, the egg, the mustard, the cheese and pepper and salt to taste. Knead well. Divide the mince into 4 portions and form smooth balls with moist hands. Roll these through the rest of the breadcrumbs.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the meatballs over medium heat in 4 min. Brown. Let the balls overcooked in low heat for 20 minutes. Times regularly. Tasty with potatoes with corn on the cob and green beans with onions.
