Broccoli with cauliflower
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: chilled broccoli, traditional olive oil, garlic and Fresh flat parsley.

Roast the almond shavings in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate.

Cut florets from the broccoli and cauliflower. Cook for 3 minutes and drain.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Press the garlic and add it together with the broccoli and cauliflower. Stir fry on high heat in 7 min. Until done.

Slice the parsley. When serving, sprinkle the cauliflower and broccoli with the parsley and the almond shavings.
