Remove the filo pastry from the packaging and let it thaw covered with a damp cloth.

Meanwhile cut the cheese into small triangles. First cut 2 equal squares and cut them diagonally in half.

Mix the sunflower oil with the curry powder.

Place a sheet of filo dough on the work surface and brush with curry oil. Put another sheet on top of it and cut it into quarters.

Place a triangle of cheese on each square and fold the filo pastry around it. Stick the seams with some oil.

Heat a layer of frying oil in a high pan and bake the triangles in about 3 minutes and brown and crunchy. Serve immediately.
