Plate pizza with smoked salmon, green asparagus and crème fraîche

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions on the packaging. Brush a baking sheet with the olive oil. Roll out the pizza dough thinly and place on the plate. Brush the bottom with the sieved tomatoes.

Bring a pot of water to the boil and blanch the green asparagus for about 2 minutes. Divide the red onion with the asparagus and mozzarella over the pizza base.

Fry the pizza in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes. Remove the pizza from the oven, spread the smoked salmon over it and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve with crème fraîche.
