Salad with baby potatoes, apple, mayonnaise and mustard for the bbq.

Bake the potatoes and halve them. Cook half the potatoes in water with salt in 15 minutes until done. Drain and allow to cool slightly.

Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard. Cut the apple into pieces, remove the core and cut into thin slices. Drizzle the apple with the lemon juice.

Mix the potatoes with the mustard mayonnaise and cover with the apple slices.
