Roasted roots with thyme
Vegetarian roasted carrots and onion from the oven with thyme.

Directions

Preheat the oven to 190 ºC.

Peel the carrots with a peeler and cut into fries of about 1 cm thick. Cut the onion into pieces.

Spread the root fries with the onion over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Put the sprigs of thyme in between. Sprinkle with the oil.

Roast the root fries in approx. 35 min. Until done. Spoon halfway. Season with pepper and salt.
