Ingredients
Directions
-
Clean the leeks. Cut off the buttocks and cut into equal pieces of 8-10 cm, 2 per person. Rinse the pieces of leeks under running water and let them drain well.
-
Clean the orange and grate the orange skin thinly. Squeeze out the orange.
-
Spread slices of ham (2 per person) and divide the orange zest and thyme. Fold the slices in half lengthwise.
-
Place a piece of leek on each slice of ham and roll the ham tightly around the leek (make sure the ham is nicely in the middle of the leek).
-
Melt the butter in the pan and put the pieces of leek in it. Fry them around on a low heat.
-
Pour in the orange juice and fry the leek gently in 10-12 minutes.
