Roasted balsamic beetles
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: boiled beet ((a 500 g) peeled), orange (polished), olive oil and balsamic vinegar (250 ml bottle).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the beetroot into wedges and put them in the baking dish.

Cut the orange peel with the zest or a sharp knife and keep separate. Squeeze out the fruit and mix the juice with the oil and vinegar. Beat to a dressing and season with salt and pepper.
