String beans with parsley butter
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: flat parsley ((20 g), finely chopped), butter (at room temperature), salt and string beans (stalks and tips removed and beans in slanted pieces of about 2 cm).

Mix the parsley with the butter.

Add the salt.

Spoon the butter on a piece of cling film and make a roll.

Turn the ends into a toffee.

Place in the refrigerator until use.

Cook the string beans in salted water for 6 minutes.

Drain.

Remove the foil from the butter, cut into slices and serve with the string beans..
