String beans with parsley butter


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: flat parsley ((20 g), finely chopped), butter (at room temperature), salt and string beans (stalks and tips removed and beans in slanted pieces of about 2 cm).

Directions

  1. Mix the parsley with the butter.
  2. Add the salt.
  3. Spoon the butter on a piece of cling film and make a roll.
  4. Turn the ends into a toffee.
  5. Place in the refrigerator until use.
  6. Cook the string beans in salted water for 6 minutes.
  7. Drain.
  8. Remove the foil from the butter, cut into slices and serve with the string beans..
