A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: endive, garlic, red pepper, sunflower oil, sweet soy sauce and bean sprouts (125 g).

Directions

  1. Cut the hard underside of the shrub endive. Wash the endive leaves and tear them into coarse pieces.
  2. Cut the garlic coarsely and cut the red pepper into strips. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the garlic and pepper for 1 min. Add the endive in parts, wait in between until the previous part has shrunk a little. Stir-fry the endive over a high heat for about 3 minutes until al dente.
  3. Season the endive with the ketjapmarinadeen pepper and salt. Put the bean sprouts through it at the last minute.
