Indian cauliflower salad with coconut
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: ground coriander (ketoembar), ground turmeric (koenjit), chilli powder, ground coconut (bowl 55 g), sunflower oil, fresh ginger (peeled), cumin seeds, cauliflower (in florets), fresh coriander (( 15 g) and leaf finely chopped).

Directions

Put the coriander, turmeric, chilli powder, coconut and salt to taste in a bowl.

Add 150 ml of water and stir.

Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Finely chop the ginger and stir-fry with the cumin seeds for 1 min on medium heat.

Mix the cauliflower with the spice mixture and add to the pan and stir.

Cook with the lid on the pan in 6 min.

Until al dente.

Scoop the cauliflower into a bowl and allow to cool.

Sprinkle the coriander and salt to taste.

Nice with Indian chicken bolts..
