Spice rice with zucchini

Directions

  1. Finely chop the dill.
  2. Cut the zucchini into tiny cubes.
  3. Bake the cubes for ten minutes in the butter.
  4. Add some salt.
  5. Bring a pan of water with salt to the boil, sprinkle the rice and boil for ten minutes.
  6. Then pour and leave the rice with the lid closed.
  7. Roast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
  8. Mix the rice with zucchini, four tablespoons chopped herbs and pine nuts.
  9. Garnish with the rest of the herbs.
  10. Tip: You can also use parsley instead of dill.
