A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: radish, chives (a 25 g), Greek yoghurt, garlic (pressed) and extra virgin olive oil.

Directions

  1. Cut the radishes in four and put them in a bowl.
  2. Slice the chives, but leave some stems behind for the garnish.
  3. Mix the yogurt, garlic and chopped chives with the radishes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Drip the oil over it and garnish with the chive stalks.
  6. Tasty with grilled meat and roast potatoes..
