Rice with olives and chorizo
A tasty French recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, onion, green pepper, red pepper, green olives with allspice, chorizo sausage (piece), olive oil, long grain rice and salt and freshly ground pepper.
Peel onion and roughly.
Pepper, clean and cut into small cubes.
Pepper, halve in length and remove seeds.
Cut pepper into small pieces.
Cut the olives into slices.
Cut chorizo into cubes.
Heat oil in pan.
Onions, peppers, pepper pieces and chorizo stir-fry for about 5 minutes on not too high a fire.
Quickly fry rice until all the grains shine.
Add 5 dl of water and pinch of salt and boil gently for about 12 minutes; stirring occasionally.
Add the olives and heat for about 1 minute while stirring.
Season with salt and pepper..
