Baked potatoes with garlic


Potatoes with a lot of garlic, to serve as a side dish.

Directions

  1. Wash or peel the potatoes and cut into pieces of 2-3 cm. Keep the potato pieces in a pan with plenty of cold water so that they do not discolour.
  2. Dab the potatoes with a kitchen cloth or paper dry thoroughly before you prepare them. Heat the olive oil in the frying pan.
  3. Peel the garlic. Add the potato cubes and the garlic cloves and fry in low heat over medium to low heat for 50-55 minutes with the lid on the pan.
  4. Shake the pan occasionally so that it does not burn (keep the lid on). Sprinkle the potatoes with the salt and chilli flakes and serve immediately.
