A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: butter, red onion (in half rings), garlic (in slices), spinach (600 g), Greek yogurt and ground cumin.

Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a large frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the garlic and cook for 1 min.
  3. Add a handful of spinach and stir fry over a high heat until the spinach has shrunk.
  4. Add another portion and continue until all spinach has shrunk.
  5. Add the yogurt and season with cumin, salt and pepper.
  6. Tasty with spicy couscous or pasta..
