Lebanese wraps with falafel, white cheese and grilled vegetables
Wraps or bowl filled with red onion, paprika. asparagus, falafel, baba anoesch, white cheese and beet julienne.
Cut the onion into 8 parts. Remove the stalks and seeds from the bell pepper and cut the flesh into pieces.
Sprinkle the onion, bell pepper and asparagus tips with the oil.
Heat the grill pan and grill the onion, pepper and asparagus tips separately in 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and salt.
In the meantime, heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the falafel for 6 minutes. Grill the wraps one by one for 20 seconds. in the grill pan. Turn halfway.
Brush each wrap with 2 tbsp baba anoesch. Crumble the white cheese on top and divide the grilled vegetables, falafel and beet.
Roll up the wraps and serve immediately.
