Pepper salad with bean sprouts
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: olive oil, paprika mix ((3 pieces green and red and yellow), in strips), garlic (squeezed), red onions (in very thin rings), bean sprouts (125 g), soy sauce (bottle 250 ml) and lime (extruded).

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pepper over a high heat for about 5 minutes. Add halfway through the garlic and fry. Allow to cool in a bowl.

Add the onions, the bean sprouts, the soy sauce and the lime juice and spoon over. Season with salt and pepper.
