A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: broccoli, hazelnuts ((box 95 g), coarsely chopped), sesame seeds and Japanese soy sauce.

Directions

  1. Cut the broccoli into small florets, peel the stalk with a peeler and cut into slices.
  2. Boil the broccoli in little water without salt in 4 minutes until al dente.
  3. Roast the hazelnuts light brown in a dry frying pan and put them on a plate.
  4. Roast the sesame seeds in the same frying pan and add to the hazelnuts.
  5. Drain the broccoli and drain.
  6. Spread the broccoli over a flat dish and drizzle with the soy sauce.
