Nut broccoli
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: broccoli, hazelnuts ((box 95 g), coarsely chopped), sesame seeds and Japanese soy sauce.

Cut the broccoli into small florets, peel the stalk with a peeler and cut into slices.

Boil the broccoli in little water without salt in 4 minutes until al dente.

Roast the hazelnuts light brown in a dry frying pan and put them on a plate.

Roast the sesame seeds in the same frying pan and add to the hazelnuts.

Drain the broccoli and drain.
