Lettuce with anchovies
A tasty Spanish recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, lettuce, anchovies in olive oil (100 g), extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar and garlic.

Remove the outer leaves of 2 heads of lettuce.

Cut each crop in sixes.

Wash in cold water, pat dry and place on a plate.

Let 1 jar of anchovies in olive oil drain, melt in a pan over medium heat.

Stir in 1 tbsp olive oil, add extra virgin, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar and 1 finely chopped clove of garlic.

Add 2 tbsp water and 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil drop by drop.

Season with pepper.

Pour the dressing over the lettuce..
