Peel the potatoes and cut into 1 cm pieces.

Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed frying pan and fry the potatoes over medium heat for 15 minutes until golden brown. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, cut the bacon into strips and the onion into thin half rings.
