Directions

  1. Make 12 balls from the dough and roll out on a floured surface to ovals. Brush lightly with oil and double-fold the oval rolls. Place each roll on a piece of parchment paper and leave to rise for another 30 minutes.
  2. Fill a pan for a third with water and bring to a boil. Put a few rolls in a steam basket (make sure that not the whole bottom is covered so that the steam can go through) and steam in about 15 minutes.
  3. Repeat until all the sandwiches have been steamed. Pull the stew with 2 forks apart and serve with the rolls, carrot and cucumber. Sprinkle with the coriander.
