Cucumber shake
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: cucumbers, mild yoghurt, (fresh) orange juice, fresh dill (15 g finely chopped) and (green) tabasco.

Cucumber cucumbers, halve in length and scrape seed tables with teaspoon.

Cut cucumbers into pieces.

Give yogurt and orange juice in food processor or blender.

Add dill and cucumber and puree until foamy shake.

Season with salt and tabasco.

Divide shake over four glasses..
