Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Mix the potatoes with 1 tablespoon of oil, cumin, coriander powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Roast the potatoes in the oven in about 35 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
