Skewer with apple and old cheese
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: old cheese, sweet-sour apple, lemon juice and fresh parsley (leaf).

Cut 100 g of old cheese into 12 pieces.

Cut a sweet-sour apple into 12 parts, remove the core.

Spoon the apple with 1 tbsp lemon juice to prevent discoloration.

Always baste a piece of cheese, a leaf of leaf parsley, a piece of apple and another leaf of parsley on a nice skewer.

Delicious with coarse mustard..
