A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: old cheese, sweet-sour apple, lemon juice and fresh parsley (leaf).

Directions

  1. Cut 100 g of old cheese into 12 pieces.
  2. Cut a sweet-sour apple into 12 parts, remove the core.
  3. Spoon the apple with 1 tbsp lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
  4. Always baste a piece of cheese, a leaf of leaf parsley, a piece of apple and another leaf of parsley on a nice skewer.
  5. Delicious with coarse mustard..
