Parsley dip sauce
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: old white bread, shallots, garlic, fresh parsley, fresh chervil, red pepper, lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, salt and freshly ground pepper and black olives.

Cut the crusts of bread and briefly soak the bread in cold water.

Cut out bread well.

Chop and shred scallions and garlic.

Take parsley and chervil of twigs and cut them coarsely.

Pepper wash, clean and cut into pieces without seeds.

In bowl of food processor do: bread, shallot, garlic, parsley, chervil, pepper pieces, 2 tablespoons of lime juice and 3 tablespoons of oil.

Puree until smooth pasta.

Add remaining oil in thin stream and continue to puree until fairly thick sauce.

Season the parsley dip with sugar, salt, pepper and possibly some lime juice.

Garnish with olives.

Tasty with warm pita bread and sesame crackers..
