Directions

  1. Divide the broccoli into small florets and place in the bowl of the food processor. Peel the stem, cut into slices and also put in the bowl.
  2. Add the tarragon, Brazil nuts, chia seed, garlic and oil and finely grind.
  3. Season with (freshly ground) pepper and possibly salt. Delicious on a spelled roll or on a (gluten-free) cracker. Bon appétit! .
