Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Cut the hard bottom of the broccoli trunks and cut the broccoli in quarter lengthwise.

Boil the broccoli in plenty of boiling water with salt in 3-4 minutes. Rinse with cold water in a colander and allow to drain well.

Make the sauce by melting the butter in a saucepan. Add the curry powder and heat until it smells. Stir in the flour and fry gently for 1 min.

Add the milk in droppings while stirring and keep stirring until a thick, smooth sauce is created.

Add the cheese and melt in the sauce while stirring. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the pieces of broccoli around in the oven dish so that the florets lie against the wall of the dish.

Pour the curry cheese sauce over it and sprinkle the pumpkin seeds over it.

Let the dish in the middle of the oven in 10 min. Golden brown.
