Stir fried pak choi with ginger and cornstarch.

Directions

  1. Wash the bok choy and cut the leaves and steal into 2 cm slices. Keep the green and the stems separate.
  2. Squeeze the garlic, peel the ginger and cut finely. Heat the oil in a wok. Stir-fry the garlic, ginger and pakististelen 5 min.
  3. Stir fry the pack green for 3 minutes. Add the stock and bring to the boil.
  4. Stir in the cornstarch and scoop with the water through the pak choi. Stir until the moisture is lightly bound. Drip the sesame oil over it.
