Salad with bread and cucumber
Italian salad with red onion, wine vinegar, basil, cucumber and tasty tom tomatoes.

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

Cut the onion into thin rings, remove the leaves from the basil.

Cut the tomatoes into slices and the cucumber into thin slices. Mix the onion with the vinegar and set aside for 30 minutes.

Cut the bread rolls into cubes of 3 cm and mix on a baking tray with the olive oil. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Remove the bread from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

Tear the leaves of basil into pieces. Mix the onion and vinegar with the cucumber, tomato and basil.

Scoop the bread cubes through and leave for 1 min. Season with pepper and salt. Sprinkle with the extra virgin olive oil.
