Meat dish with mustard cream and berry sauce
A delicious scandinavian recipe. Wash the berries and rise above the sprigs. Clean the forest onions and cut them into thin rings. Fry the forest onion, ginger jam, clove powder, salt and pepper to taste. Leave at least 1 hour. In another bowl, stir in crème fraîche, horseradish and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
