Meat dish with mustard cream and berry sauce
A delicious scandinavian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, red currants, spring onions, ginger jam, clove powder, salt and freshly ground pepper, crème fraîche, grated horseradish (pot), Dijon mustard, roast beef (meat products), roast pork loin (meat products) and roast minced meat (meat products) .

Wash the berries and rise above the sprigs. Clean the forest onions and cut them into thin rings. Fry the forest onion, ginger jam, clove powder, salt and pepper to taste. Leave at least 1 hour. In another bowl, stir in crème fraîche, horseradish and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
