Chili dog


A tasty american recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, sunflower oil, garlic (finely chopped), tomato paste (70 g), chilli beans (400 g), pepper sauce (bottle 57 ml), beef sausages, avocado (edible), sour cream (cup 125 ml) , shallot (chopped), coriander ((15 g), only the leaves), lime (scrubby) and milky white bakery items (4 pieces).

Directions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the tomato puree, beans and pepper sauce. Let it boil gently for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the grill pan. Brush the sausages with the rest of the oil and grill them for 10 minutes until done. Times regularly.
  2. For the guacamole, cut the avocado in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Cut the flesh into cubes and put the sour cream and shallot in a bowl. Slice the coriander. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Stir in the grater and juice with half of the coriander, pepper and salt through the avocado.
  3. Cut the rolls on top in length. Put 1 tbsp chili on each bun and put 1 sausage on it. Spoon 1 el guacamole and garnish with the rest of the coriander.
