Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Clean the orange and cut it in half. Grate 1 teaspoon of the peel from one half and use the other half, cut into pieces, as a garnish.

Bring orange juice with orange zest, honey and rosemary to the boil and leave to infuse for 5 minutes.

Put the ham in the baking dish, pour the juice-honey mixture over it and put the ham in the oven for 30 minutes. Pour some of the moisture over the ham.
