Spicy fish cakes with cocktail shrimp
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, shallots, garlic, fresh ginger root (grated), red pepper (without seeds), coriander, cod fillet (in cubes), sugar, cornstarch, cocktail shrimp and lime (in 12 half parts).

Grind shallot, garlic, ginger, pepper and coriander in a food processor.

Add cod, sugar and 1/2 tbsp cornstarch and let the machine turn until smooth fish mass is formed.

Season with salt and pepper.

Hands with cornstarch pollinate and form 12 balls of fish mixture.

Place on each ball shrimp and flatten to 1 cm thick slice.

Place fish biscuits next to lime slices on a plate and allow to set for 30 minutes in a refrigerator.

At the table, place fish cakes one by one on foamed chunks and bake until golden brown and cooked in hot oil for about 3 minutes.

Sprinkling with lime juice.
