Carrot strips and celery sticks with homemade humus

Drain the chickpeas and collect the moisture.

Put the chickpeas in the food processor or blender and add the sesame seeds with the garlic, half of the lemon juice, the olive oil and some salt and freshly ground pepper.

Puree everything into a soft, thick sauce.

If necessary, dilute the sauce with some of the moisture, a little lemon juice or a dash of water.

Keep the humus in a refrigerator box in the refrigerator.

To take with you: scoop 1 portion of humus into a lockable dish, sprinkle with paprika and sprinkle a few drops of olive oil over it.
