Meatloaf with olives and capers
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, ground beef, egg, old white bread (crumbled), salt and (freshly ground) pepper, garlic (pressed), capers, black olives without pip (in four), fresh green tapenade and parsley (finely chopped).
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 egg
- 2 slices old white bread crumbled
- Salt and (freshly ground) pepper
- 1 clove garlic pressed
- 1 full tablespoon capers
- 15 black olives without pit in four
- 3 tablespoons fresh green tapenade
- 2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
Combine in minced beef, egg, bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, garlic, capers, olives, tapenade and parsley.
Mince the minced meat mixture and smooth the top.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Cook in oven meatloaf for approx.
Remove foil and meatloaf in a nice brown baking for about 20 minutes.
Take meatloaf out of oven, pour off grease and let stand in shape for at least 20 minutes.
Then serve meatloaf lukewarm or cold in thick slices.
