Stuffed with pappadums and raita
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sunflower oil, natural pappadums (box of 10), cucumber, green apple (eg Granny Smith), Greek cream yogurt, fresh coriander (finely chopped), fresh mint (finely chopped), mixed vegetables of the season ((eg paprika, snow peas, red onion) and cut).

Put two bowls together. Heat oil in frying pan, fry 1 pappadum briefly, remove from pan and fold pappadum immediately around the bowl. Folding another bowl over pappadum, so that pappadum takes the form of a bowl. Prepare other pappadums in the same way (add oil if necessary).

Cucumber cucumber with halved lengthwise and remove seed lists. Cucumber and apple grate. Mix the yogurt with grated cucumber, apple, coriander and fresh mint, season with salt and pepper (= raita).

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in woks and mixed vegetables in 5 minutes, stirring with salt and pepper to taste. Present pappadums next to chicken fillet, fill with fried vegetables and serve with raita.
