Broccoli salad with warm vinaigrette
A tasty French recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, lean bacon strips (Provençal, a 250 g), broccoli (in florets), spring onions and lemon juice.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in frying pan and fry bacon strips for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile cook in plenty of boiling water with salt broccoli florets in 3-4 minutes.

Drain the broccoli in colander under cold water and let it drain well.

Mix in broccoli florets and bacon.

Cut the spring onions in small rings.

In a saucepan, heat the remaining oil with lemon juice and whisk gently.

Add spring onions and briefly heat them up.

Vinaigrette to taste with salt and pepper and warm over broccoli and give bacon.

Nice with grilled steak..
